About the Role Arrow XL are on a journey. As a growing Business with a bright future they are looking to attract a Communications and Engagement Manager t o champion and facilitate effective communication with their employees. To encourage collaboration and the effective sharing of information amongst their employees, creating a sense of pride in working for Arrow XL. Reporting into the People and Support Service Director, this broad role will evolve with you and will ask you to: Design and deliver an integrated and actionable internal communications plan to convey company strategy, explain and reinforce business practices, support cultural change, and communicate people-related initiatives and issues to internal audiences. Support the CEO and Executive team with their internal communication requirements Provide expert advice and guidance to the Management teams to enable them to develop and deliver an annual internal communication plan Manage the effective distribution and collation of the people engagement survey project with follow up once data is received Define, develop and deliver dynamic internal communications using a variety of channels to reach the national audience Implement robust measurement approaches to measure effectiveness of internal communications, facilitating workshops and applying other research tools, and producing insight which identifies key issues Work with the HR team to support the people plan and communication associated with this. Establish effective relationships across all levels through consultancy, influencing, engagement and coaching. Plan and manage the Company annual events calendar. About the Person The Communications and Engagement Manager will be able to develop this role from inception.
