Resourcing Advisor £28,000 - £29,000 Location: Black Country / West Midlands (very close to the M5) This role is just off the M5 easily commutable from South Birmingham / West Midlands towns / Bromsgrove / Redditch / Kidderminster / Stourbridge / some areas of Worcester. This role is if you want to build upon your current hands on recruitment experience and be able to direct and influence resourcing strategy.This is a hands on role where you will also have the opportunity to support and lead on projects such as sourcing and attraction methodology, process improvement and development of direct sourcing strategy. Resourcing Advisor This is a stakeholder engaging role where you will be building relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers and taking responsibility for the recruitment, sourcing, attraction and selection strategy for your business area. Resourcing Advisor - Key Responsibilities: · As a commercially minded credible Resourcing Advisor you will engage with stakeholders and hiring managers in the organisation to gain a thorough understanding of the business strategy and needs. · Determine and agree the strategic and operational resourcing strategy in collaboration with your stakeholders · Ensure hiring managers understand the resourcing strategy that will be needed – ensure you have their engagement with the process · Educate and influence where needed · Put together innovative pro-active resourcing strategies utilising modern sourcing methods · Understand future resourcing needs and pipeline accordingly to include both internal and external candidates. · Understand who the right candidates will be for vacancies - manage the selection process · Improve and amend processes if this will give you improved results and better performance. · This is a hands on recruitment role where you will manage the process end to end · Support and lead on projects such as process improvement, implementing new systems and processes, attraction and employer branding. Resourcing Advisor – Experience Required · Experience of recruiting within a corporate / blue chip / services environment · Have experience of providing tailored solutions to different requirements · Some direct sourcing experience · Managing the full recruitment cycle · Proven at building relationships you will embrace the stakeholder consultation and engagement this role offers.
