Our client is a leading global employee engagement consultancy looking for Employee Engagement and Insight specialists at multiple levels to join the UK-based team in London. You will work on major survey-based projects with new and existing clients. You will work across the entire survey process (with support from dedicated project managers and researchers) and offer advisory, consultative and technical knowledge on employee engagement surveys. You will be able to interpret the survey data and offer best practice solutions, linking them with your clients’ needs. You will work closely with consultants and account managers to relay information and present solutions. To be considered for this position you must have: An employee engagement survey/research background within an agency/consultancy, and an interest in occupational psychology Be able to understand and lead the key stages of a survey-based project Experience of designing questionnaires, interpreting data and writing and delivering presentations Qualitative & quantitative research skills The ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced commercial environment, independently and as part of a team This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/66765317
