BHA in partnership with SBHA and Waverley Housing is looking to recruit a Senior Financial Inclusion Assistant for a project which provides support to tenants and residents to enable them to maximise their income, improve their financial capability and address money and debt issues.

The post is based in our Head Office at Duns working with our already established Big Lottery funded Financial Inclusion Project Borders Team providing a responsive administrative and information service. It is essential that applicants have a minimum of two years administration experience as well as basic knowledge of welfare benefits and/or money advice and finiancial inclusion issues.

You should be highly motivated; customer focused with a good understanding of IT systems and Microsoft packages. Experience of dealing with customers on a one to one basis is also required.
