Salary Grade 6: £23,383 - £29,228 pro-rata
You will provide an effective and efficient Property Management Service as part of the Customer Services Team within BHA and work closely with a range of partners supplying services under our framework agreements.
Key tasks include day to day management of Reactive; Void; Cyclical and Capital Investment Programmes.
You should preferably have at least 5 years Property Maintenance experience of which at least 1 year must be with a Housing Association or Local Authority. Much of the work involves communicating directly with tenants and other members of the public in a front line role therefore you will require excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should have a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work as part of the team and on your own initiative within laid
down objectives and targets.
A good knowledge and understanding of legislation and statutory responsibilities is necessary. Own transport is essential. Interested in one of these vacancies?
