We are currently recruiting for a Full Time Senior Administrator to join a very busy Scaffolding & Roofing Company based in Portsmouth.

The Duties would be -

  • All Administration
  • Co-ordinating job runs.
  • Preparing reports for our clients. 
  • Ordering Stock as and when required.
  • Chasing Suppliers and ordering parts.
  • Following up on quotes.
  • Liaising with Existing and New Customers.
  • Data Entry.
  • Organising Managers diaries.
  • Generating purchase order numbers.
  • Answering the telephone.

Personal Specification -

  • Strong Communication skills.
  • Excellent ICT Skills, with the ability to utilise a range of packages and databases including Word and Excel.
  • A strong Customer Service Focus, with excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent Organisational skills.
  • Able to work unsupervised and show initiative when required.

Hours of work –0800hrs - 1630hrs. Monday - Friday.

Salary depending on experience.
