WORKING HOURS: Full time – Thursday – Monday 10am – 6pm & Part time Tuesday & Wednesday 10am – 6pm

THE ROLE: The Sales Negotiators act a trusted advisor to for both the vendor and the purchaser and play an integral part in the transactions on some of their fantastic development schemes. Working as part of the Sales team you will be responsible for all aspects of property negotiation

Our clients new exciting development in Timperley – South Manchester called ‘Stonebrook is due to open Summer 2017  – this landmark development situated within easy access of the A56 and the Metrolink Tram System and they require two dedicated highly motivated individuals to join them.

This development will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to utilise and enhance their existing sales/customer service skills by selling our range of luxury one and two bedroom apartments and along with a range of executive three, four and five bedroom family homes.

So as one of our Sales Negotiators you will be responsible for:
  • Providing  professional on-site sales advice and  excellent communication skills in ensuring the smooth and delightful experience of the ‘customer journey’ from reservation to the day you hand over the keys to your customers new home.
  • Ensuring at all times you are fully compliant in covering all aspects when selling a new home to the public; Wates and other regulatory bodies. 
  • Organised and methodical in ensuring that all stages of the ‘customer journey’ is correctly documented and progressed in a timely manner and to agreed deadlines.
  • Providing accurate and timely statistical reports as determined by the Sales Director and providing monthly Competitor Analysis updates
  • Ensuring that the sales suite/sales site presentation is maintained to the highest standards at all times

THE CANDIDATE:  If you have prior experience in Residential Estate Agency & Lettings (preferred but not essential), Charm, perseverance, enthusiasm and hunger to succeed along with Impeccable presentation and a desire to deliver excellence in customer service then this could be the role for you.
