We are expanding all our brands and are looking for Trainee Consultants in all locations. Business is booming and the industry is not showing any signs of slowing down.

Recruitment is not so much about helping people find jobs, rather a B2B service offered to clients to help their business cover or fulfil their staffing needs. This is a sales role, but it is sales with a difference. This is not a hard sell, aggressive sales environment, it is about building relationships. We are not selling people we are selling a service.
Our Consultants are specialists in their specific market sector within their division, you are, therefore, able to provide an exceptional consultative service, insight, expertise and practical solutions to your clients and candidates. Your role is diverse and no one day is the same. You will be building something, similar to running a mini business within a business. It is a fast paced environment where hard work is rewarded by substantial financial rewards, you are in control of what you earn.
As it is a sales role you can understand that the bulk of your earnings come from placing people into jobs and earning commission, however we do offer a basic that rises throughout your first year to ??18K. In your first year you are looking at OTE of ??23-30K - you can earn more but it's down to you. Within 18 months you should be on target to earn ??40k+ and within four years, you should be pushing in excess of ??70k+. Many top consultants in the company earn a six figure salary.
We are an organically grown company. SmithCorp develops its own management from the trainee's it recruits. We operate a meritocratic promotion structure which is measured on performance, not age or length of service. There are no restraints on how quickly you can progress up through the business. Our 3 most recent promotions from Trainee Consultant to Manager were achieved within 18 months.
There is a prominent focus on training and development which is one of the best in the industry. We have our own Business Performance Academy to grow our consultants throughout their career. We have built the business purely by recruiting trainees and all of our Team Leaders, Managers and Directors have come through this system and have continued to develop not only their recruitment skills but their skills in management and leadership.

We do look for graduate calibre candidates. What this means is that we look for bright, intellectual, articulate individuals, not just people that have been to university. You will certainly need to be hardworking, passionate, resilient, self motivated, goal orientated, a good negotiator, sociable and outgoing, a go getter!

Well no catch exactly, but this success and wealth doesn't come without hard work and dedication to your career. Think about any other profession where you can be earning in excess of ??50K per year.
(6 years of Med School), Lawyer (Degree plus LPC probably at your own expense). Well these are both careers you would have to commit long hours and work hard at to succeed.
