Business Development Manager – Corporate Office fit out Home based with UK travel Superb basic, excellent bonus car/car allowance benefits This long established, successful company is one of the major players in their field. With stunning state of the art premises and their own outstanding manufacturing and design facilities, they provide the full spectrum of commercial furniture and fit out solutions to a wide range of major organisations within the Retail, Corporate Office, Financial Services and Healthcare & Education sectors. Exciting new expansion plans have resulted in a requirement for a talented Business Development Manager for the Corporate Office Sector. This key role will see you developing profitable new sales growth in the Corporate Office Sector via your relationships with clients as well as relevant industry stakeholders including Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Architects and Design Houses. You’ll be tasked with identifying, developing and converting new profitable opportunities as well as expanding business with existing clients. The brief will also see you writing and delivering high quality pitches and tender responses and performing the role of Bid Manager on all pre-qualified opportunities, acting as the voice of the customer. You will also be responsible for executing a seamless handover to the Project Management function at the point of secured order. The provision of robust, detailed and accurate forecasts, revenue and margin, forms part of the brief and you will also work closely with all internal departments and colleagues to build strong, collaborative relationships. Working with the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and sharing market intelligence and competitor knowledge. Tell me about yourself.
