Head of Account Based Marketing, ABM, Digital Marketing Manager, Marketo, Salesforce, London Account Based Marketing Manager required to work for a leading Digital based organisation in Central London. The primary responsibility will be to create, execute and measure Account-Based Marketing. Frequently interacting with cross-functional internal teams, manage relationship with an external ABM agency and establish engaging customer relationships. Interface with sales and marketing leadership as well as executive client leadership. It will require exceptional creativity, the ability to innovate, and a "hands-on" approach to accomplish the work. Demonstrate experience with strong account-based marketing, and marketing automation. There will be a consultative approach to engaging with our crucial campaigns/clients and establish a phenomenal relationship from the get go with key account holders. DUTIES • Devise a marketing execution plan designed to support activation and acquisitions of customers which cater our seven regional markets • Establish bespoke account-based marketing plans by engaging with cross functional departments such as Sales in annual and quarterly planning and determine programs, activities, and marketing assets to achieve business and revenue objectives • Develop strong communication channels internally with Sales, Account Management, Product and Marketing to ensure alignment • Become the key point of contact for internal corporate teams based in NY, San Francisco and Seattle. • Partner with the US based marketing team, Content Marketing Manager & Head of PR to execute the go to market plans for new product launches and company research • Lead and manage relationships with ABM Agency (Momentum) • To focus on revenue growth by thoroughly understanding of customers, their challenges and help them to achieve what success looks like. • Execute Account Based Marketing campaigns, demand generation programs, and integrated marketing campaigns to support EMEA field and inside Sales teams, utilizing a variety of tactics including digital, marketing automation, social media and in-person events. • Collaborate with product marketing and marketing communications to create top-of-funnel marketing assets such as data sheets, customer reference stories, sales enablement tools, videos, ROI analysis, social media awareness and "air cover", demand generation programs and external communications • Measure and report performance against established metrics on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis to key internal stakeholders. • Some travel will be required, mostly within Europe. SKILLS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS · 3-5 years digital marketing experience, marketing or equivalent years in B2B marketing · Knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce is a MUST · Adobe Indesign & Photoshop is a plus · Working knowledge of Google Apps and Microsoft packages · Knowledge and experience in building and executing integrated multi-media marketing plans, with emphasis on Account Based Marketing · Ability to leverage data and insights in the development of account based marketing programs · Expert knowledge of marketing processes, industry best practices, and marketing automation · Strong written and verbal communication skills being able to hit the ground running in establishing fundamental relationships with internal and external stakeholders. · Experience interfacing with all levels in a Sales organization including account executives, technical consultants, regional managers, and senior leadership · Bachelor's degree preferred This is a great opportunity and salary is dependent upon experience.
