Account Manager £25-30k Bristol This is the ideal opportunity for candidates with marketing experience who are looking for their next agency position in an interesting and varied role that requires a wide range of skills. Due to several new client wins, we have an opportunity for an ambitious Account Manager to join our busy and dynamic team. With a client list that represents a number of car brands, this is a varied and interesting role that is ideal for an individual looking for their next position in a forward-thinking agency. You must have a proven track record in delivering a wide range of campaigns from concept to delivery. It would be advantageous of you have experience in the automotive and/or retail sectors. You will thrive on managing multiple projects and workloads while delivering successful campaigns on budget and to tight deadlines. You will have excellent attention to detail, be a confident communicator and enjoy working closely with both clients and your account team to exceed clients’ expectations. Working with an experienced internal team, the successful candidate will be involved in supporting senior members of the account team across a range of client projects, including managing campaigns and liaising with clients and suppliers to ensure the successful implementation of marketing comms activity. Reporting to the Account Director, the Account Manager will be working with key clients and internal teams to ensure expectations are met, including briefing internal teams, managing project timelines, updating marketing comms plans and status reports, analysing and evaluating results, coordinating campaign updates and updating clients on the progress of campaigns. The most important part of this role will be to ensure that clients are kept happy and work is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard. Skills and Experience Minimum of 2 years’ experience working agency or client-side in a marketing role A marketing degree is not essential, but you must be educated to degree standard An enthusiastic and confident approach with a ‘can-do’ attitude is a must Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, along with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to enjoy working in a busy environment with a fast turnaround of work A genuine interest in cars Effective team management Experience of planning and managing the delivery of successful marketing communications campaigns, including digital activity, online search and social media marketing, is essential.
