Business Development Executive - Preston To 22k per annum plus bonus O.T.E. £26,400 Per Annum 40 Hours Per Week 9-5.30pm Some flexibility required for occasional evening work at busy events. My client who are one of the largest pub and restaurant group’s in the UK, are seeking a Business Development Executive for one of the restaurants/bars in Preston City Centre. You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. For this vital role, we’re looking for someone who meets the below requirements and will be responsible for the following: The Business Development Executive will drive and develop new and existing business for the restaurant events, contacting new and potential clients (B2B) in the area promoting the facilities of the restaurant to corporate clients and SME businesses. Building and maintaining relationships with customers is also a very important aspect of the role, as is experience within social Marketing You will be responsible for cold calling local businesses and sending out Marketing information by email, designing e-shots, mail shots and managing the campaigns and all other aspects of social media Marketing to maximise new bookings and form new and existing customers relationships. Updating the bespoke database and ensuring all information is recorded accurately to assist with the sales process. Previous Telesales/Sales experience is essential, as is having the ability to work towards targets and KPIs. This position would suit an individual that is working within the hospitality sector or leisure sector that has experience of Business Development and some Marketing strategies within their current role. However it is not essential that the ideal candidate has experience within the hospitality or leisure industries, my client is welcoming applications from other industry sectors.
