Frazer John Recruitment are currently working with a growing financial services business in Greater Manchester. With over 15 branches across the UK, 24 websites and a headcount of around 50, the business is continually growing financially and in work force. There is a close-knit office environment with a family-run feel to the business. In a newly created position; this Digital Marketing Manager will be initially responsible for taking over the management of Paid Search and Paid acquisition currently being looked after in-house from a more ad-hoc perspective. They are looking for an all round Digital Marketing Specialist who can guide and provide expert insight into the budget spend, ROI, strategic and hands-on input not just within PPC but across various other complimenting Digital Channels such as SEO, Email and Social Media. There is a huge growth potential and impact that could be had from this new post to help drive and grow the business primarily in the generation of high quality leads. We are looking for someone with a proactive and self-driven mindset with the commercial know-how and accountability to drive a tangeable increase in ROI from their activity. Strategy You will develop a digital marketing strategy including paid search and SEO including a short, medium and long term account plan. The digital media plans should be highly targeted, efficient and well co-ordinated with overall business objectives, creating timely and relevant messages which are measurable. Successful implementation of short, medium and long term plans which result in increased enquiry volumes and ultimately sales. New Online Channels Review potential new digital channels/ opportunities to ensure the Business is maximising all revenue streams. You will be pro-active in the search for new ways to expand and improve all digital channels e.g. email, social. Testing plan for new channels including budgets and forecasts for enquiry volumes through the funnel. SEO You will manage the implementation of the SEO plan to ensure the Business ranks highly for all relevant volume driving keywords. You will review and develop content plans to ensure regular, appropriate and timely content is delivered on the site which can be measured. Implementation of the SEO plan with clear success criteria in place. Regular creation of content for the site PPC Execute all aspects of the paid search marketing efforts including planning, implementation, monitoring, optimisation, analysis and reporting. Manage tracking and reporting of campaigns and provide management reports and insights. Manage spend in line with targets and monthly budgets. Optimise campaigns to improve their efficiency through ad copy testing, keyword refinement, landing page optimisation. Delivery of PPC budget based on daily targets. Implementation of structured improvement plans in terms of CTR and CR. Budget & Reporting Tracking and reporting all activity against plan, delivering agreed KPI reports on a weekly basis as well as analysing all data to help make future improvements / capitalise on opportunities as well as inform day to day optimisation. Managing the digital budget ensuring that every penny spent is maximised for its efficiency and ROI. Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of daily, weekly and monthly reports for all digital activity. Delivery of daily, weekly and monthly reports providing insights and performance improvements plans across all digital channels. Key Skills / Requirements: · The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering highly effective digital marketing communication plans. · Numerate, highly analytical and good reasoning skills, enjoys problem solving and has a methodical approach, advanced Excel skills. · Excellent communication and presentation skills, excellent attention to detail, comfortable challenging the status quo. · Passed all Adwords certifications.
