PR Senior Account Manager/Junior Account Director (full or part-time) Consumer Bath £30-34k DOE Will consider full or part-time A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and motivated PR and social media PR Senior Account Manager to join a thriving PR agency in Bath. You’ll be joining an agency that delivers first class work, but also ensures there is a work/life balance amongst their employees. They are a fast-growing, award-winning PR agency and you will gain the chance to work with renowned consumer and lifestyle brands. If you’re a natural agency person, who’s comfortable managing clients and team members, whilst selling in stories to the media and devising creative social media initiatives, you could be just what we’re looking for. We need a strong all-rounder, with proven experience of delivering outstanding PR and social media results for clients, and someone with a desire to make their mark and help grow our business. You’ll likely have 4-5 years’ experience working in a busy PR agency. About the role: Working as a key part of the Consumer team, you’ll take a lead role on all aspects of the day-to-day management of your client campaigns ensuring that they run smoothly, to budget and within set timeframes. In addition, you will support the Consumer PR Director on the on-going strategic direction, growth and profitability of your clients. Responsibilities include: Managing client campaigns and adhering to budgets Delivering on annual targets in terms of PR coverage, content and social media goals Helping drive organic client growth and playing an active support role on new business Regular reporting to the Consumer PR Director and MD on client activity Presenting work, ideas and strategy to clients and internally Internally briefing junior staff clearly and providing prompt feedback on work. Skills and experience we need: Proven experience in consumer lifestyle brands in terms of managing PR, social campaigns and digital content An innate understanding of what makes news, how to develop story angles and the ability to pitch ideas to the media effectively An active social media user with a strong understanding of how consumer brands can leverage the digital landscape Experience and the desire to manage team members at more junior levels. The ability to manage independently-allocated client projects Exceptional planning, organisational and decision making skills A team player, who is keen to be involved in helping promote and build the team.
