Job Title: Regional Maintenance Supervisor – Facilities Management Location: Covering Aberdeen / Inverness and surrounding Area Salary: £30,000 company Van benefits Our Client is one of the UK’s leaders in providing innovative construction and engineering solutions for clients within a variety of sectors including Retail, Health, Education and Commercial. Due to recent expansion, they are currently recruiting self-motivated and experienced individuals for a new facilities management contract based throughout Scotland in the following position: Regional Maintenance Supervisor - Aberdeen / Inverness The Main Job Function is to provide a planned and reactive multi-disciplined maintenance service to retail supermarket stores whilst supervising the regional team and complying with company policy and procedures. The Supervisor will assess the condition of flooring, drainage, plumbing and small building works in stores and carry out repairs as and where necessary The Supervisor will be overseeing a team of Plumbers and Small Building Works Technicians within their region. Suitable candidates should be able to demonstrate previous experience of supervising team(s) responsible for providing a planned and reactive multi-disciplined maintenance service within a multi-site retail environment. A recognised City & Guilds or S/NVQ Carpentry & Joinery qualification would be advantageous.
