Assistant Merchandiser - International You'll work closely with International Franchise Partners and have full awareness of International trade and calendars, driving timely and accurate actions to effectively manage stock placement and availability. We'll need the successful candidate to act as a role model within their team, positively managing change and offering encouragement and support to colleagues through times of change. It will be your role to act as a key support for training and guidance with the TAM (International) and work across your peer group, team and wider business to share company best practice and consistency of approach. The drive to develop yourself, whilst delivering on both business and personal objectives is also a key responsibility within this role. The successful candidate for this role will have proven experience within a merchandising or stock placement function and will be able to effectively communicate at all levels across the business. They will be able to show experience of building and maintaining strong collaborative, working relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders and possess excellent presentation and organisational skills. Proven experience of leadership and coaching within previous teams is an essential quality for the position.
