Triangle Design are a well established design agency - working with clients here in the UK, Europe and the US. We are seeking an extremely confident, hands on, Studio/Client Services Manager. This vital role is central to the smooth running of the studio with equal importance being placed between client and studio management. The key to this role is balance, and providing solid support to both clients and studio members alike. You will be responsible for the scheduling of every job that passes through the studio, as well as receiving requests direct from clients and briefing these to team members. Previous experience within a busy studio environment managing clients and internal teams is essential. Previous experience as an artworker or designer and a good understanding of POS production processes would be beneficial. This role would suit a confident individual who is extremely comfortable juggling numerous tasks and keeping an eye on all deadlines, whilst remaining calm and supportive at all times.
