We are currently on the hunt for a hard working Chef de Partie to join this small brigade at a 2AA Rosette Restaurant located close to the banks of the river Avon. The Kitchen team at this fine dining restaurant currently consist of a Head Chef and 2 Chef De Parties. The kitchen prides themselves in creating a modern menu with Mediterranean influences using local produce. The team are also pushing to gain another Rosette, which will take them to 3 Rosettes. Your role as a Chef De Partie will be to assist the kitchen team in producing high levels of cuisine under the watchful eye of a previous Michelin star chef. You will be required to work split shifts with lunch and dinner service. The Role: Maintaining and running your own section Creating 2 AA Rosette standard food Create dishes using fine and local produce Assist the kitchen team in the restaurants daily running’s The Candidate: Competent & level headed Willingness to learn and improve skills Experience at Rosette level preferred Ability to work with fresh, local produce Ability to work well as part of a team Benefits: Competitive Salary 5 days on 2 days off Work under a Michelin experienced chef Salary £16,500 - £18,000 1.5K Tips PA All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.
