Your new company Birmingham based FMCG supplier is looking to appoint a stand alone HR Manager to join there small, family friendly company. Your new role The HR Manager will advice and support the senior staff to enable them to deliver a comprehensive HR service. They will pro actively offer advice on best practice HR and takes a hands-on role in dealing with disciplinary, grievances and any other relevant case work. What you'll need to succeed You will be confident in directing Human Resources and advising managers on all aspects of people management and development. You will also demonstrate experience in managing recruitment processes, redundancy or other relevant Human Resource related projects. A strong understanding of employment law is also a must.
