As a Field Sales Manager you’ll work in an allocated postcode area canvassing business users on a door to door basis. You’re at the forefront of the business therefore we need outgoing, dedicated individuals with a driven nature who are looking to progress in a fast-growing company who puts its customers first and rewards its staff accordingly. As a Field Sales Manager your main responsibilities will include; Recruiting, training and motivating your team Completing daily and weekly reports Achieving team and personal targets Generating your own leads and new business with cold calling visits Meeting with potential customers to discuss the benefits of kinex Negotiating and closing deals and handling objections You will be provided with all the tools you need to succeed including marketing and sales material, branded uniform and a tablet. Although transport is provided you will be responsible for driving to the customers premises so you must have a current driving licence. What we’re looking for.
