This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and develop a team of 12 within a corporate organisation. The companies strategy genuinely has customer outcomes and service as a key driver and as such a vast overhaul of how they deliver customer service is being implemented. This will be a key role in leading, motivating and embedding that customer culture into the team during this change programme.
