Your Job We have recently registered a 1 year fixed term contract Recruitment & HR Officer role based in North Oxford at a rapidly expanding, internationally reputable education organisation. Working in a fast-paced environment with cyclical workloads, your main responsibilities will include: Supporting the organisation's cyclical recruitment operations Organising staff training and appraisals Coordinating staff welfare activities and events Documenting and updating staff records Other ad hoc generalist HR duties as necessary Job Requirements To be successful in this role you will be passionate about developing your career in HR and recruitment. You will have a good practical understanding of generalist HR or recruitment duties and have strong administration skills. You will be proactive, confident and able to hit the ground running with good attention to detail and be a good communicator with staff, clients and suppliers across all levels. The ability to work at speed and adapt to an ever changing workload is pivotal so you must be comfortable in this environment.
