Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Co-ordinator to join their team in London. The successful applicant will join them on a full time, permanent basis and will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 - £34,000 per annum. This is a great opportunity to assist in the digital areas of marketing and PR, building and establishing their profile as a private sales housing provider. The role of Digital Marketing Co-ordinator is instrumental in helping them to achieve its ambitious sales targets. From day one you will take the lead on their award-winning sales website, which was named Best Website at the prestigious 2016 Property Marketing Awards. A digital guru, you will help optimise their digital campaigns to ensure they meet their targets and design impactful and on-brand artwork to support their developments. You will liaise with digital agencies, developers, creative agencies, media and PR to deliver outstanding results. A natural self-starter, you will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to tight deadlines. As a confident communicator, working with senior managers and external consultants comes naturally to you. With a keen eye for detail and excellent copywriting skills, the marketing collateral you produce is of an exceptional standard and designed to enhance the customer experience. Essential knowledge/experience/skills required by the Digital Marketing Co-ordinator - Experience in a sales and marketing environment - Experience of using Microsoft Dynamics or similar Customer Relationship Management systems - Experience of using Umbraco or similar Content Management Systems - Experience of using Google Analytics to analyse website performance - Knowledge and experience of search engine optimisation (SEO) management - Knowledge of HTML and CSS - Experience of using Dotmailer, Mailchimp or similar email marketing software - Experience of using Adobe Creative Suite - Experience of generating content for and using social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and others for promoting activities and participating in conversations - Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills, and a strong attention to detail - Comfortable working with senior managers and external consultants - Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and presentational - Good time management and organisational skills Desirable knowledge/experience/skills required by the Digital Marketing Co-ordinator - Knowledge of Basecamp project management software or similar - Experience of working relationships with marketing/PR/media agencies and suppliers - Experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines - Ability to recognise key message requirements in all media and marketing material - Experience in the new build property sector - Educated to degree level, Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualification or equivalent qualifications or experience Closing date & time: 03/10/2016 - 5pm If you feel you have the skills and experience needed to become their Digital Marketing Co-ordinator please click ‘Apply’ now.
