This business continues to lead the way as an industry leader within their respected field and there is a huge opportunity for someone joining the business to further your career and have a real impact on their success. We are looking for someone to be a subject matter expert providing insight and analysis to key stakeholders through monitoring and identifying trends. You will also responsible for owning the process of extracting consistent and accurate data, which may subsequently be used to drive business decisions. What the job is: As the Forecasting & MI Manager you will manage the long term resource forecasts to support budget submissions and to ensure business driven impact analysis of potential changes. Your role will be to create clear strategic direction and vision for the function that will support this purpose. You will need to effectively lead the Operations Analytics team, of 7, towards this vision ensuring the team have the right capabilities and infrastructure to achieve the required outcomes. Qualifications Is this the job for you? You will be a Forecasting & MI Manager and have done a Forecasting Analytical role for at least five years ideally within a Contact Centre environment (extra points if you have experience in developing a brand new Planning & MI function from scratch) and have been great at it and all that being a Forecasting Manager involves - if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you. Some bullet points about you: Strong management/leadership experience in forecasting and analytics environments A proven track record of developing strategic recommendations that have delivered significant positive impact Working knowledge of best practise for forecasting and analytics activities Proven track record of delivering high quality output with an obsessive attention to detail. Strong ability to generate insight from analysis and to influence key decision makers Experience of driving for results and managing function and individual performance Experience of developing and coaching others for results Strong decision making ability with the ability to demonstrate clear rationale Good knowledge of call centre methodologies Additional Information How to Apply?
