Internal Sales Manager, Brighton, Media . Up to £35,000 Basic, Uncapped Bonuses, Car plus extensive benefits, including gym membership. This is a brilliant people management role with one of the UKs most dynamic and progressive organisations looking after a team of 6-8 sales executives . This is a very hands-on sale leadership role where you will be expected to coach , mentor and demonstrate best practises. This is a role for a straight talking, 'get on with it' type of manager and is not a strategic role. You will be expected to listen in on calls, make calls yourself as demonstrations and drive your team to ensure that all revenue targets are met. The company are simply looking for the very best Internal Sales Manager with a track record of managing strong-willed and successful telesales staff and a reputation for driving a team to their next level . This is solely a people management role - leading, co-ordinating, training , mentoring , coaching , hiring , performance management , developing - and you do not have a personal sales remit . You will motivate the whole team to ensure that they meet their required KPIs and requires high levels of passion , initiative , enthusiasm and the ability to work calmly under pressure in a performance driven environment. In addition, it requires solid planning skills together with strong commercial acumen.
