Contract Manager / Administrator Location: South West London Salary: £22,000 - £30,000 depending on experience Holiday: 20 days increasing to 25 with service, option to buy extra holiday Maternity cover or permanent Pension included We at Pulse Management are an established and expanding refurbishment and maintenance provider delivering exceptional services to a variety of clients. We are based in London but deliver services nationally to well-known high street retailers. We are looking for a Contract Manager/Administrator to deliver the agreed contracts to our clients by managing each individual job from start to finish, ensuring every part of the process is delivered to the highest standard and in a timely manner. This will include: Maintaining an excellent relationship with the client by liaising regularly to ensure you always know their needs & expectations Plan and manage each client schedule, ensuring engineers are properly prepared for each visit by detailing issues, sourcing & ordering materials, booking access, etc. The Contract Manager / Administrator will ensure all work is carried out within the agreed time scale & that all health & safety measures are in place Review engineers’ reports and update the clients schedule accordingly Manage subcontractors, obtaining quotes, issuing work orders, giving instructions, process invoices and where necessary sourcing new subcontractors Ensure all engineers keep track of expenses, mileage and materials using the company’s current procedures Monitor stock level’s & order materials if required The Contract Manager / Administrator will monitor clients maintenance logs and update them on a daily basis Generate invoices & reports for clients on a monthly basis Schedule project/reactive works within the monthly schedule of planned visits Answering support calls & deal with queries The Contract Manager / Administrator will always be looking for ways to improve our service, find innovative solutions, deal with jobs more quickly & effectively and work more successfully as a team Key Requirements We are looking to recruit an additional Contract Manager / Administrator on a permanent PAYE, whom must have the following qualifications and attributes; At least 2-3 years experience in contract management / retail management or maintenance is preferable Have the highest standards of appearance / personal presentation. Excellent communication skills to allow you to liaise with clients & colleagues in support of delivering service excellence Ability to cope well under pressure, prioritise workload, meet strict deadlines & work independently Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively as part of a team and have a good sense of humour Ability to be analytical & use problem solving skills Hard working IT literate & confident in learning new software Fluent in English, oral and written The Contract Manager / Administrator will have good numeracy skills Quick learner and interest in developing new skills, as required Can do attitude This job was originally posted as
