New Business Sales Development Executive / Manager required by market-leading international software house based in Kingsclere, Hampshire. Competitive OTE salary package offered depending on skills and experience. We are seeking to recruit both a Business Development Executive and Business Development Manager and would be interested to hear from a range of candidates. You may be early on in your career with a minimum of 1 year software sales experience and looking for new challenges or be a more experienced professional seeking to move up the management structure. We are looking for an experienced New Business Development Executive / Manager with experience of prospecting, qualifying and generating new software sales leads to support our sales team. You will have the skills to identify, win and retain clients throughout the UK and Ireland. With a strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills, you will confidently manage the full corporate sales cycle from initial enquiry to closure. These are exciting Sales Roles with a company that is leading the way with its innovative technology within the Enterprise Content Management and Adaptive Case Management arena The ideal candidates will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospects lists, discovery and individual resource.
