Our Business Development Managers are responsible for predominantly driving subscription sales to high-profile global clients. We are seeking a confident sales professional, ideally of Degree Calibre with prior experience in selling directly to senior level management, as well as a proven track record of successful B2B sales . Key responsibilities for the role include: Establishing sales opportunities within Informa brands by networking, building relationships, establishing needs, conducting online demonstrations and closing deals. Ability to prospect, pursue and secure new business from new logo clients across EMEA and some in the US - creative and persistent new logo acquisition is essential Determining client needs and to be constantly aware of opportunities to sell to different job titles within an organisation is a must - understanding business challenges is critical to the role and experience in a solution sale in the past is must Building up strategic selling, presentation, proposal writing and packaging bespoke solutions skills Presenting the opportunities and value of OVUM's products and services both over the phone and in F2F presentations. Ideal candidate will possess the following: Previous experience in B2B solution sales both phone and face to face selling experience A Bachelor's degree in a Business discipline, or equivalent qualification would be preferred Consultative sales experience would an advantage Proven success in a sales role dealing with senior management in multi-national companies would be an advantage.
