Project Manager - West Midlands - Permanent - Up to £55,000 pa STRIDE is working with a leading Process and M&E business that require a Project Manager to manage all phases of projects from contract award through to client handover, and be responsible for all design aspects, procurement, construction and commissioning of projects related to the UK water industry. The Project Manager will be responsible for the client relationship throughout the project lifecycle ensuring effective two way communication, problem solving, contract conformance and achieve project milestones whilst managing/reporting on financial and technical aspects. You will effect project planning, review, cost control, change control, hand-over and acceptance procedures to meet the terms of the contract, and performance manage project resources allocated to projects to include vendors and sub-contractors. Experienced in the production of the Project Delivery Plan, you will identify all environmental aspects/impacts and mitigation methods and all Health and Safety risks and hazards together with mitigation, with advice as necessary from the SHEQ department, and to provide assistance to the Site Manager in maintaining the Plan.
