As our Business Manager, you’ll make sure we maximise profits by treating our customers fairly, delivering exceptional levels of service and inspiring the sort of trust and loyalty that keeps our customers returning again and again. Achieve this and there’ll be no limit to your career potential. Acting as our customer champion, you’ll lead by example and achieve exceptional sales through impeccable service. You’ll take the time to build a strong rapport with our customers’ and identify their wants and needs. You’ll also handle the enquiry management process and expertly support and motivate your sales team to convert prospects to customers. From establishing clear individual targets to setting and monitoring KPI’s, you’ll review performance and make improvements. As a result you’ll improve conversion rates and ensure the dealership achieves the vehicle sales business plan. With proven experience as either Business Manager or Senior Sales Executive within the motor industry, you’ll be process driven and possess a track record of exceeding targets. Persuasive and influential, you’ll be highly commercial and a real people person.
