This is a fantastic opportunity for an experience Information Security Project Manager to work with one of the worlds leading pharmaceutical organisations leading the Privileged Access Management workstream. This Project Manager role is to manage a project within the Access Management workstream which is to mitigate key control risks by introducing new enterprise level privileged access/account management (PAM) technology and processes. This will involve the management of an RFP process for a new solution, tool deployment and service development, and enterprise wide rollout across the company estate. The PM will be liaising closely with the workstream lead to ensure the scope and delivery are managed effectively. Key responsibilities are: Produce an integrated project plan and manage milestones and deliverables within the PAM project and overall workstream 8 program Facilitate project planning and execution, and provide project management and analysis support. Deliver project within defined financial targets whilst maintaining and developing customer satisfaction. Work with Procurement to conduct the RFI/RFP selection process for the PAM tool Work with the technical teams & suppliers and help manage the testing phases of the tool deployment. Deliver robust privileged access control points against complex internal and external requirements Work with various business units and evaluate different scenarios using multiple sources of information. Solution will typically require some new planning and resource elements, potentially generating bespoke adaptations Have an ability to use and adapt recognised project management methods and processes, depending on the elements of the risk profile and governance needs. Support the production of governance artefacts required in order to successfully navigate the programme lifecycle (RAID, action log, deliverables tracker, meeting matrix, etc) Coordinate appropriate communication, escalation and reporting to ensure alignment and progress across teams and stakeholders Skills required: Background in information security with a proven track record of delivering complex global change security initiatives; preferably within the area of enterprise IDAM Proven experience in managing and delivering Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions Proven ability to understand high level technical implications and limitations when coordinating technical project delivery Excellent stakeholder engagement with senior business leaders, written and oral communication skills; strong presentation skills Sound organisational skills with experience in maintaining work stream governance artefacts and reporting Strong planning and deliverable tracking to plan; attention to detail Proven delivery of complex global projects across multiple departments with the ability to drive alignment and rapid decision making Awareness of Risk and Compliance standards Able to hit the ground running and demonstrate a persistent drive to completion If you can relate to the above skills and experience and are interested in working with a truly world class organisation, please get in touch with your CV Randstad Business Support is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
