This is one of the UK's foremost retailers with a commanding share of the on-line, omni-channel market. As its business volumes grow its on-line offering continues to capture the imagination of consumers. They are currently going through a period of significant transformation, and as a result they have a requirement for an experienced Programme Analyst to provide strategic support in delivering key projects. The role will focus on the coordination and delivery of programme management activities, and will support the on-going assurance of the Warehouse Design dependant initiatives. Providing visibility into the progress against programme milestones and key criteria such as cost, schedule, risks, issues and benefits are accurately reflected. Identifying trends and improvement opportunities, as well as deploying the most effective processes and tools to ensure the project management methodology enables the project managers to be successful in their respective roles. You will need to be a meticulously organised individual as you will be responsible for continually tracking the status of the project deliverables, coordinating the progress and performance reporting to deadlines across multiple projects. This position will require a confident communicator who will interface and influence senior management, including Programme/Project Managers, whilst acting as a change ambassador and encouraging others to take a forward thinking approach. This position requires candidates to have a good understanding of project/programme methodologies including Prince 2, MSP, PMBOK and a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of tools. Successful candidates will require PMO experience on a medium to large complex projects, within a logistics environment and ideally focusing on warehouse design developments.
