They work with a range of private and public sector companies to deliver business development, customer engagement and relationship management solutions & services; the main services offered being telemarketing, market research, customer satisfaction surveys, database management services and email marketing. Having achieved substantial growth over the previous 12 months, this young & ambitious company is now seeking to appoint an ambitious Junior Account Manager within their central Leeds offices. This exciting and rewarding role is central to the achievement of organisational objectives. Working closely with the account teams and campaign managers, you will deliver telemarketing and account management services for a range of prestigious clients; pro-actively generating sales opportunities, nurturing leads, working towards targets and striving to exceed customer expectations by generating results and providing feedback, market research and trend analysis. As you grow and develop in the role you will gain access to a variety of additional opportunities and may become externally client facing; as all employees are encouraged to fulfil their potential and gain new qualifications, such as the CIM Diploma. Hands on training will be provided and all employees are encouraged to graduate from the internal training academy – a bespoke programme designed to release potential and develop skills and experience. We are looking for an ambitious, confident and proactive professional that has a flair for sales and marketing and wants to work within a fast-moving, growth orientated business that actively encourages the sharing of ideas and rewards contribution. We are not looking for people that speak the loudest, but the ones that know the right questions to ask to generate results and achieve objectives. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills in conjunction with good IT knowledge and the ability to think on their feet. Salary is dependent on experience (£17k – £20k basic Commission (OTE £22 – £26K) benefits and a degree or higher level qualifications would be preferred.
