Comp & Bens Manager - £60k - West London Our client is a fast growing global leader in the FMCG industry with a turnover of €10 billion plus, who's family values are still at the core of the business. They are seeking a highly capable Compensation & Benefits Manager to join their HR function based in West London, the successful candidate should be comfortable operating at a strategic and operational level. Comp & Bens Manager - £60k - West London key responsibilities: Designing the strategy for Comp & Bens for region Supporting the development and execution of the regional compensation strategy Designing benefit plans in line with business strategy Designing, implementing and administering the comp & bens programs, including job evaluation process, market pricing, survey completion. Design and implementation of variable pay programs Supporting the definition and deployment of the Total Reward strategy Grading and salary review process management Implementing the international expat policy by serving as a point of contact for expats and assisting in the relocation program Training HRBP's and line managers in comp & bens processes Supporting in employee compensation issues Budget definition and management for comp & bens activities Requirements: Experience of working in a global fast moving and comercially focused organisation Able to demonstrate proven talent management experience Ability to work strategically and operationally Analytical capabilities to drive insights through metrics Able to manage multiple priorities at the same time Able to participate in multiple projects whilst also managing client groups and timelines Comp & Bens Manager £60k Perm West London Oasis HR is committed to equal opportunities for all, irrespective of age, religion or sexual orientation, ethnic or national origin, gender, race, disability and in line with the 2010 Equalities Act.
