As a senior member of the commercial team you will be central to Snowflake’s strategic sales growth in the Aviation Market, maintaining and growing relationships with large customers, while achieving an assigned sales and profit growth goal. About us Based in Southampton, UK and Washington DC, Snowflake is a fast growing software business. In our last 3 years of trading Snowflake has seen revenue growth of 30% year-on-year and is on target for 50% growth this FY. Customers such as NATS, Boeing, Frequentis, Airservices Australia, Airways, FAA, EUROCONTROL are just some of the key strategic clients that you will have the opportunity to work with. Snowflake is transforming the aviation data market by providing the complete aviation platform for all operational efficiency needs. Snowflake’s COTS software and recently announced Laminar Data cloud platform allow enterprise customers to rapidly load and publish massive amounts of complex aviation data. What the role is all about As a Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for selling Snowflake’s complete product and service offering within the Aviation Market, focusing on customers with high-value, strategic growth opportunities. You will pro-actively manage key accounts within the aviation market maintaining and growing relationships and expectations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The tasks you’ll be doing most of the time: Proactively developing and sustaining strategic customer relationships within the Aviation market Identifying and closing sustainable revenue generating opportunities that utilise Snowflake’s complete product and services offerings. Leading all aspects of the sales process, calling upon others to assist in solution development and proposal delivery, as needed. Developing customer account plans that identify relevant customer needs and establish a clear action plan for success Creating and executing on strategic and tactical sales plans commensurate with company goals Working closely with our Product Management and Marketing teams to ensure the products we design and develop better meet customer requirements Accurately forecasting future sales revenue to feed into the company’s budgeting and financing process You would be a perfec t fit if: You have successfully managed large, enterprise sales You have a track record of continuous sales growth You can maintain executive relationships within large accounts You have a demonstrated track record of top performance You understand the Aviation market You have operational understanding of Air Traffic Management You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills You have a minimum of a Bachelor degree in a related discipline (e.g. Business, Aviation, GIS, Engineering), and have demonstrable experience of business acumen or similar technical consultancy We’d like you to be: Entrepreneurial with a drive to develop and grow Snowflake’s business as well as your role and skills Organised with the ability to manage many tasks, projects and relationships concurrently.
