Business Development Manager – East London – Electrical Services Company My client is a growing Electrical Services company that specialise in delivering a full range of electrical works, including maintenance, installation, and design. For the past decade they have focused on developing a loyal and solid customer base, however they now have the correct infrastructure in place for rapid growth. Due to expansion, they are now looking to bring on an experienced Business Development Manager to set up the sales divisions and help grow business. Role · Business Development role, covering predominantly London and the South East, however looking to develop to a UK wide customer base · Conduct Market Research, identify price points and highlight areas of growth · Attend trade/network events, generate leads and quote deals · Close deals, apply financial controls to works and exceed sales targets · Implement sales strategies and processes throughout the company, including developing office policies · Sell the full range of electrical services to Facility Management companies, Property Management companies, and Large Estates · Excellent opportunity for an experienced sales and marketing professional looking for an autonomous role who can develop and grow a whole division Person · This is the first role of its kind for the company, therefore someone adept at implementing sales strategies and processes is a must · Proven business development experience · Generated and managed sales from £1,000 - £1 million · Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel · Ideally come from an M E background, with a database of companies ready to sell to · Management experience would be preferred · Located commutable to their East London office · Ambitious, enthusiastic, self-motivated Package; · Generous Basic · Uncapped Bonus based on generated net profits · All expenses paid This job was originally posted as
