Scope of the Role: An amazing opportunity has arisen for a strong professional Trainer and Coach to develop and ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the training and development needs of staff within the Customer Relations and Operations Department. You will manage, design, develop, coordinate and conduct large or small scale training programs. Duties and Responsibilities: Map out training plans, design and develop training programs (outsourced or in-house). Choose appropriate training methods per case (simulations, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes etc.). Conduct departmental wide needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed. Use accepted education principles and track new training methods and techniques. Design and prepare educational aids and materials. Assess instructional effectiveness and summarise evaluation reports determining the impact of training on employee skills and how it affects KPIs. Provide train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts. Required: Proven working experience in delivering end to end training sessions. Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate). Ability to produce professional developmental training material. Knowledge of instructional design, theory and implementation. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and techniques. Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools. MS Office proficiency. Advanced organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments. Excellent communication skills. BS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field Working hours Mon – Fri: 9.00 – 18.00 Offer to employment will be subject to UK Criminal, background and Credit check. Right to work in UK.
