Role: TM Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Food Manager, this role requires the successful candidate to be from a food background and have strong Customer Service and analytical skills. Day to day responsibilities: Management and development of a Customer Services Assistant, offering a highly professional service to our client's customers; Order tracking from receipt to completion; Data entry using Sage 200, ensuring numerical entering is accurate for pricing, requested dates etc; Dealing with order queries over the telephone; Developing relationships both internally and externally; Visiting customers face to face as and when required; Dealing with the coordination of customer complaints; Daily communication with line manager relating to weekly and monthly KPI figures; Ensuring all processes are in place in order to delivery a high class service; Participating in review meetings and contribution to the strategy of the business; Coordination and submission of pricing and costings; Management of some small accounts. Skills Required: Excellent communication skills; Numerical and analytical; Control work flow management Computer literate with MS packages and Sage Understanding of the manufacturing and supply chain process Customer facing Salary and Benefits: £26,000 to £30,000 dependent on experience Must be from a food background Excellent benefits Immediate interview This job was originally posted as
