Partner Manager – South Midlands Job Purpose: To support and help drive the Channel Management team to achieve the agreed revenue target and other company objectives for the continued development of CityFibre Holdings in the UK. Key Responsibilities : To project manage the communication, handover & implementation of Partner contracts into the support functions (post sale and in life) To ensure full governance and compliance of Launch Partner Call off contracts To manage and maintain all reporting systems (eg: SFDC) to reflect up-to-date data and reporting scorecards To establish, clarify and manage the ongoing SLA’s between Channel Management and the cross functional departments at CityFibre To act as the first escalation point and key liaison between Channel Management and the cross functional departments at CityFibre To attend and represent Channel Management at relevant cross functional internal review meetings To support and train the Channel Management team on ad-hoc sales operations topics and reporting. To evolve business processes and reporting to improve success and streamline administration Maintain a full understanding of all CFH products and services . To understand industry best practice for Sales Operations Key Relationships: Internal City Development (Sales, Marketing and Business Analysis) Teams Pre-Sales and other Operations teams Biz Development Engineering & Construction Finance & Legal Systems Development External Partner & Reseller organisations – Sales, Technical & Operational Teams Third Party Systems providers Knowledge & Experience: Essential Good understanding of the sales process Experience in dealing with sales teams Appreciation of telecoms industry and order to bill processing Strong presentational and communications skills Commercial attitude and ability to develop & present business cases Strong knowledge and understanding of CRM tools eg SFDC Strong Knowledge and expertise of Microsoft office software packages Desirable Ability to use network design tools and software drawing packages eg. Visio, Google Earth, etc. Experience of network infrastructure design especially fibre optic networks Knowledge of project management tools and disciplines Qualifications: Essential Experience in growing market share in broadband marketplace - with emphasis on SOHO/SME/Enterprise markets Good understanding of ISP product sets and technologies Proven track record managing and improving sales operations processes and systems Experience working with a UK wide sales operation Commercial thinker - ability understand business challenges and to provide options for positive outcomes Self-starter, high personal initiative and energy Team player - work closely with internal cross functional teams Competencies: Flexibility Diligent Excellent Communication Skills Proactive with a can do attitude Systematic and process driven Sales process awareness A strong determination to succeed Strategically and commercially aware Self motivated Whilst every effort has been made to ensure this job description provides a comprehensive overview of the responsibilities of this role, all employees may be required to undertake other reasonable tasks as requested from time to time.
