As a Care Assistant, you will look after the day-to-day needs of our residents, whilst showing compassion, care and commitment to having a positive impact on their lives. You will work with a team of like-minded individuals, all with a desire to ensure that our residents are comfortable in their home. Positioned alongside the Countess of Chester Hospital, Upton Dene Residential and Nursing Home opened in January 2016 and is situated in a residential area of Chester. Our dedicated team provides residential, dementia, nursing, palliative and intermediate care to 74 residents.
