Customer Service Manager - Service Delivery Manager - IT Solutions


£45,000 + Bonus + Full Corporate Benefits

We are looking for an extremely IT focused Customer Service Manager to join a leading IT Support Company in Basingstoke.

You will be responsible for integrating and managing a Customer Services Team providing Service Desk Support, Service Delivery Management, Customer Experience Management and Provisioning for internal and external support.

You must come from an IT Managed Service background, or Technical Helpdesk or similar.

Management and Planning

* To ensure the team's performance is in line with SLAs.
* Establish training and development plans for technical staff
* Establish key relationships with stakeholders
* Work within an ITIL framework.
* Manage the Service Desk Team providing 1 st and 2 nd line IT Support.
* Manage the Scheduling team
* Responsible for full Customer Satisfaction.

About you

In order to be successful in your application, you must have:

* A background in IT Managed Service or similar.
* Broad knowledge of IT and Communication services
* Strong Man Management skills
* Experience in a Service Deliver capacity - Service Delivery Manager etc.
* Experience in scheduling teams.
* Strong ITIL experience, ideally certified.

You should also have very strong communication skills across written and verbal and comfortable dealing with customers at all levels. A patient nature but able to motivate and get the very best from your team.
