We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager with a background in extending / refurbishing hotel, accommodation or office blocks for an 18 month temporary contract in the Borough of Ealing, London starting immediately.

The ideal candidate must be experienced with a proven track record of working for main contractors on major office to residential apartment fit out projects in the construction sector.

Our client is involved with a number of construction / fit out projects which can be either new build or refurbishment and the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the work is carried out to the highest of standards.

Our client is a regional main contractor who operate on a national basis across a number of sectors including health, education, retail, commercial, industrial, student accommodation and mixed use sectors with project values of up to £25m.

Excellent communication skills will be key as you will be liaising across all levels with junior / senior staff, commercial managers, directors, sub contractors and end-users.

Projects will be on either a design and build / traditional basis for both new build and refurbishment. You will be qualified to degree level or equivalent and have experience at a similar level, or be looking to take the next step on the career ladder.

The project is a the refurbishment / conversion of an office block. The work will involve the management of trade sub-contractors, delivering a consistent high quality finish and reporting to the site Project Manager. Ideally you will hold a CSCS card, SMSTS and first aid certificate (all essential).
