We are working with a large market leading services based company and they are looking to recruit an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join the business.

Reporting into the UK Sales Director, the role will improve managing a team of 15 field based sales advisor's- responsible for the London and Southern regions. This is a high performing region, with scope to improve on this - so this is an excellent opportunity to lead and develop one of the companies top regions.

The main focus of the role will be to manage and implement an effective sales strategy for the region, ensuring your team are meeting and exceeding regional sales targets and budgets.

Key duties and responsibilities will include;
*Conducting weekly Personal Sales Plan (PSP) updates and daily phone calls with the Consumer Sales Consultants These should review activity, AMR quotes and orders, liaisons, entertainment, sales leads and referrals.
*Setting up a Personal Development Files for your sales consultants, ensuring they are trained effectively.
*Identifying individual training needs from Field Accompaniments and PSPs observation / discussions.
*Lead, develop and inspire teams and individuals to achieve and exceed targets.
*Provide product and skills training as well as regular field accompaniments to maximise performance
*Create a culture of strategic excellence by conducting regular sales team meetings - weekly or monthly.
*Responsible for the recruitment and selection of high calibre Sales Consultants
*Responsible for proactive monthly planning of workloads to prioritise and deliver against key objectives and tasks.
*Responsible for producing and submitting to management, weekly and monthly sales reports and for analysing individual performance trends and take appropriate actions
*Work strategically with the Head of consumer sales on sales performance and strategy for the region

For this role candidates must have proven experience managing field based sales advisors. It is essential that you have worked in a regional role previously and can demonstrate how you have effectively managed and improved your regions sales performance.

This is managing field based residential / consumer sales advisors, however candidates from a commercial regional sales background will also be considered.

The role will be 50% office based and 50% field based.

Fantastic package and realistic earnings - Basic Salary £33,000-£41,000 - OTE £70,000- £80,000 (80k+ for high performers). The role comes with a company car, mobile, laptop, fuel card + 25 days holiday.
