Field Sales Executive, Business to Business, Office Services, Bristol, South West and South Wales. £25,000 Basic, £40,000 OTE increasing to £45,000 to £55,000 OTE year two. Package includes a 6 week structured sales training programme, company car, generous holiday and added benefits. They are looking to recruit a field sales executive to manage South West and South Wales region with the ideal living location being around the Bristol, Bath, Gloucester, Newport area.
Selling various B2B services and solutions into offices this is a rare role where the employer would prefer to hire an individual based on personality and successful business-to-business sales experience rather than specific industry experience. A comprehensive sales, product and technical training programme will ensure great success within your first 12 months.
Whilst industry experience is not required the company require someone with a new business oriented mentality with good sales habits and is ideal for someone that has sold courier services, washroom services, office equipment, stationery, CCTV, recruitment, vending solutions or similar business services.
To succeed you will be looking for a long term career change and be a true personality; someone that can build strong business partnerships across all levels and is confident, credible and always looking for new business openings and opportunities.
Reporting into a Divisional Director this specialist division enjoys low staff attrition and is looking for a proven field sales professional with solid values and a team working ethic.
To succeed you will have field sales experience and be a solid all-rounder - a door opener, account manager, project manager, networker, negotiator, marketer and business developer. You will be self reliant yet a team player and enjoy learning new products.
With the right attitude and commitment, genuinely this role will progress to National Account Management within 18 months.
