Our successful IT Service Provider client is seeking an experienced Service Desk Manager to join them on a permanent basis at an exciting time of growth and development. The Service Desk Manager will be responsible for overseeing a customer focused team delivering 1st and 2nd line support and provisioning.

The Service Desk Manager will have a background in a similar role and have good knowledge of service delivery management (ITSM), as well as ITIL v3 practices. A strong track record of driving performance and meeting customer service level agreements will be important, and previous experience of establishing continuous improvement practices and staff development frameworks will be important.

To apply for the role of Service Desk Manager, you will have the following experience:
- Significant experience of managing customer facing teams in technical environment.
- Broad knowledge of IT and communications services.
- Significant experience in a Service Delivery Management role.
- Experience off managing service provisioning and resource scheduling teams.
- Experience of implementing ITIL v3 based process frameworks.
- Experience of implementing and developing IT Service Management Systems.
- Certification at ITIL intermediate level or above is desirable.
The role is based in the Basingstoke, and offers a competitive salary up to £45,000 per annum plus company benefits and bonus scheme.
