Lloyd Recruitment Services are seeking an experienced Wholesale Dealer Services and Credit Specialist to provide accounting support to the companies UK Operational Accounting department, involving reconcilliation of Wholesale balance sheet account movements.

Main Responsiblities:

- To comply with local or any regulatory authority policies and procedures including the operation maintenance of the ANADEFI & BUIC system to ensure compliance with policies.
- To observe and comply with the companies quality policies and the maintenance of ISO standards.
- Oversee daily BACS processing for wholesale activities.
- Identify rejected direct debits and keep an up-to-date record of actions taken.
- Ensure actions taken to resolve DD are accounted for.
- Process dealer cheques, standing orders and telegraphic transfers within wholesales system.
- Operate the Wholesale Dealer Services call centre, receiving phone calls, emails, faxes from staff and credit management.
- Maintain a clear record of transactions in order to create an audit trail, via a combination or paper and scanned electronic archives.
- Monitor and record Phenix Protected Credit and Current Credit transactions.
- Produce periodic reports and reconciliations related to banking.
- Prepare monthly SAP balance sheet/accounts receivable reconciliations and account journal vouchers, investigating/resolving all items.
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly and monthly Phenix, BACS and rejected direct debit reports.
- Prepare departmental reports.
- Prepare Risk Based Pricing reports
- To perform post approval following credit reviews
- Maintain and administer the Access Database
- To administer Code Blocage and to unlock units within procedures.
- Provide data/reports for the Manufacturer and other departments as requested.
- To undertake checks as required on the integrity of data in the Dealer Credit Systems including the Departmental Database, Phenix.
- Raise daily direct debits as part of control process.
- To support the operation of both Level 1 and Level 2 financial controls on dealers.

Key Skills and Experience:

- Educated to GCSE/O Level
- Post O-Level/GCSE business qualification preferable.
- Experience within appropriate environment preferable (I.e. corporate/finance).
- Good analytical/numeracy skills.
- Computer literacy essential.
- Good communication and organisation skills.
