What the job entails:

- Answering calls from customers
- Dealing with customers face to face
- Responding to e-mails
- Following processes
- Working nights
- Escalating faults
- Investigating problems
- Monitoring services
- Working to ISO9001 and ISO27001
- Installing hardware/software

It's an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to gain experience of a variety of IT systems and a good starting point on an IT career with opportunity for development with the right candidate.

Full on the job training will be provided and no prior qualifications are necessary, there is potential for future development for the right candidate.

You'll be based from our offices in Fareham and required to attend a pattern of shifts 24x7 365 days a year, personal transportation (bike, car, walking distance) is a must as you may need to work Christmas day when no public transport is available or in the event of adverse weather.

Our shift pattern is 5 on, 5 off, for each block of shifts you work either 07:00 - 15:00, 14:00-22:00 or 22:00-07:00.
