An exciting eCommerce Administrator position has come about with one of the UKs top fragrance retailer. This is a Fixed Term Contract designed to accommodate the busy period ahead. They are looking for an extraordinary individual to join their talented eCommerce team. This eCommerce Administrator role would ideally suit an enthusiastic individual who is able to demonstrate they have excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
You will be responsible for supporting the team with maintaining and setting up all product and promotional content on their website and ensuring all products have correct images and copy and that promotional areas are set up correctly and delivered on time. Also, you will be expected and given the opportunity to build relationships internally and externally to ensure results are delivered to timescales.

Role and Responsibilities

Key duties as an eCommerce Administrator:

* Responsible for the setting up and taking down of all products displayed on their website and ensuring that the presentation of all products and any free gifts are correct and within their suppliers brand guidelines
* Support with the setting up of all product offer pages for the launch of promotional campaigns on their website, ensuring all content is approved and signed off within agreed timescales
* Ensure all website pages are up to date, accurate and relevant by conducting regular page audits. Report to the team on any actions required as a result of the audit outcomes
* Liaise with their suppliers and internal departments, e.g. Buying, Customer Service, etc. to investigate and then action any required site updates
* Work with the Marketing and Content Specialist to ensure the web pages are fully optimised for SEO and PPC, including the setting up of bespoke landing pages
* Liaise with the Merchandising Department to ensure minimum stock levels are maintained and any stock not available on the website is cleared to stores
* Ensure any promotional lines or new launches are available in line with our promotional calendar and take appropriate action on any nonavailability or changes, reporting this to the team

Experience and Skills

Knowledge, skills and experience required as and eCommerce Administrator:

* Good MS Office skills are essential (Word, Excel)
* Proven ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritise your own workload
* Previous administrative experience within a busy sales environment is essential
* Experience of having worked within a similar role would be a distinct advantage

You will also pride yourself on your accuracy, attention to detail, time management and multi-tasking skills.
