This is a fantastic opportunity for an eCommerce Analyst to join a Digital Hub within a global industrial supplier based in central London.

As the eCommerce Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding how customers are using the site and what can be done to improve that experience.

Role and Responsibilities as a successful eCommerce Analyst:

* Understand the key drivers of site performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Develop business cases for implementing and prioritising site features.
* Work closely with product, user experience and engineering to identify site tests and changes.
* Collaborate with the pricing team to define prices that optimise revenue and profit.
* Assist the product information team in understanding how product data affects customers.
* Support A/B testing and communicate results.
* Support the reporting of site performance across a range of areas.

The successful eCommerce Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

* Excellent analytic and problem-solving ability.
* Strong degree in numeric subject preferred (sciences, maths, engineering).
* Knowledge of search marketing, e-commerce and website analytics.
* Understanding of SQL and data analysis.
* A passion for the digital space and an awareness of best practices, trends and opportunities.
* Ability to communicate complex problems in a clear and concise way.
* 1-2 years' experience in a similar role preferred.
* Experience in running and interpreting A/B tests a bonus.
