Due to continuing business success and growth they now have a fantastic opportunity available for a Site Safety and Compliance Manager to join their team in Crayford, working 45 Hours per week, Monday - Sunday.

Site Safety and Compliance Manager key responsibilities:

- Working in coordination with the SHEQS business function ensuring that the company's strategy and programme to reduce risk and increase responsibility and reputation is achieved on a site level. Monitor report and communicate on performance.
- Ensuring adherence to all company principles, policies, procedures and requirements related to health, safety and compliance on a site level.
- Implementing, controlling, maintaining and improving the sites management systems including achieving and maintaining ISO14001, ISO50001, OHSAS18001, ISO 9001 certification.
- Promoting the awareness of the SHEQS business function internally whilst ensuring all new and existing initiates/information is cascaded and implemented across site.
- Implementing a risk assessment programme at a site level, including undertaking and reviewing risk assessments, incident investigation and site based auditing
- Coordinating and liaising with Representatives for Employee Safety (RES) on matters relating to health, safety and welfare of employees.
- Collating relevant health and safety data and statistics and compile reports and other management information in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinating and liaising with the onsite labour agency to ensure site compliance with regards training, health and safety and welfare.
- Carrying out annual and timely Performance Appraisal Reviews (PAR's) of all direct reportees.

The idealSite Safety and Compliance Manager:

- Key Knowledge of H&S Regulations
- Knowledge of Quality process and protocol within a production/process discipline
- Strong Work Ethic
- Computer Literate
- Time Management ability with multiple priorities
- H&S Qualification - IOSH/NEBOSH
- Educated to degree level
- Experience in engineering processing, heavy plant, construction or similar discipline
- Experience of managing staff
- Demonstrating ability to deliver results through others.
